As there are no on-site staff, everyone is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the venue.
No one is allowed inside the venue without prior authorization from the owner. Visitors are not allowed to bring anyone with them.
Minors must have their guardian's consent before entering.
Visitors must practice respect and sportsmanship at all times.
No cursing, shouting, trolling, or harassment is allowed.
Respect each other. Bad behavior, including racism or discrimination, will not be tolerated.
2. Community & Purpose
Max Team Gaming® is built to serve the esports community and players.
While we strive to provide this service free of charge, running and maintaining the venue requires resources.
We welcome and encourage donations, sponsorships, and community support to help sustain and grow the venue for everyone’s benefit.
3. Fees & Charges
Entry to the venue is currently free of charge, but fees may be introduced at any time.
Use of venue equipment (PCs, consoles, peripherals, etc.) is currently free, but may become subject to hourly rental charges in the future.
Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance through our official channels.
4. Games & Fair Play
Visitors must use their personal accounts and legally owned copies of the games they wish to play.
Pirated games, modified or hacked equipment, and unauthorized controllers are strictly prohibited.
The use of cheating software, hacking tools, or exploits is forbidden and may result in immediate removal from the venue.
5. Equipment Use & Responsibility
Venue equipment (PCs, consoles, peripherals, furniture, etc.) must be used only for its intended purpose: playing games and esports-related activities.
It is strictly forbidden to use equipment for:
● Illegal activities of any kind.
● Viewing or distributing explicit or harmful content.
● Social media trolling, harassment, or hate speech.
● Political or rebellious acts that could damage the venue’s reputation or create conflict.
All venue equipment must be handled with care. Any damage caused, whether accidental or intentional, will be charged to the visitor responsible.
Visitors may bring their own peripherals (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset, controller). However, Max Team Gaming® is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment.
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Max Team Gaming® is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Food, Beverages, Smoking & Drugs
No food or drinks are permitted inside the gaming area.
Visitors may bring their own food or drinks but must consume them only in the designated eating area.
Spills or mess must be cleaned up immediately by the person responsible.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
7. Network, Power & Service Reliability
We aim to provide high-quality gaming equipment and a stable Internet connection.
Max Team Gaming® is not responsible for any disconnections, lag, or service interruptions during gameplay.
In the event of an electric blackout or power interruption, Max Team Gaming® cannot be held responsible. An agreeable compensation or refunds will be issued for time lost due to such events.
8. Time Limits & Session Management
To ensure fair access for everyone, management may impose time limits on PC or console usage during peak times.
9. Events & Tournaments
Special rules may apply during events (tournaments, training sessions, etc.).
Visitors must comply with event-specific guidelines when participating.
10. Surveillance, Security & Safety
The venue may use cameras (CCTV) for security and monitoring purposes.
Visitors use the venue at their own risk. Max Team Gaming® is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur on the premises.
Items left behind may be stored temporarily but are not the responsibility of the venue. Unclaimed items after a set period may be disposed of.
11. Advertising, Marketing & Photography
Max Team Gaming® may display advertising, sponsorships, and promotions within the venue.
By entering, visitors agree that photos or videos taken inside the venue may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
12. Personal Information Usage
Any personal information collected (e.g., for events, feedback, or memberships) will only be used for venue-related activities and communication.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the venue and/or liability for damages.
